Sensitivity Converter Guide

About the Sensitivity Converter

Our mouse sensitivity converter is a free, professional tool that allows you to easily convert your mouse sensitivity settings between different games. Whether you're switching from CS2 to Valorant, or from Apex Legends to Call of Duty, maintaining consistent aim is crucial for performance.

The converter uses precise mathematical formulas and game-specific multipliers to ensure that your muscle memory translates perfectly across titles. This means your in-game movements will feel identical regardless of which game you're playing.

How to Use the Sensitivity Converter

  1. 1

    Select Your Games

    Use the dropdown menus to choose the game you're converting from and the game you're converting to. The searchable dropdowns make it easy to find any game from our extensive list.

  2. 2

    Enter Your Sensitivity

    Input your current sensitivity setting from the game you're converting from. Make sure to use the exact value shown in your game settings.

  3. 3

    Adjust DPI if Needed

    If your mouse DPI is different between games or setups, click the "Adjust DPI settings" checkbox and enter both DPI values. Most players use the same DPI across all games, so this is optional.

  4. 4

    View Your Results

    Your converted sensitivity will automatically calculate and display in the blue results box. Simply copy this value and paste it into your target game's sensitivity settings.

  5. 5

    Advanced Settings (Optional)

    Click "Show Advanced" to see additional metrics like eDPI, inches per 360°, and centimeters per 360°. These values help you understand and compare your sensitivity more deeply.

Understanding the Calculations

Conversion Formula

The converter uses game-specific multipliers to ensure accurate conversions:

eDPI = Sensitivity × DPI × Game_Multiplier
New_Sensitivity = (eDPI / Target_Game_Multiplier) × (From_DPI / To_DPI)

eDPI (Effective DPI)

A standardized measurement combining your mouse DPI and in-game sensitivity into a single comparable value. This allows you to maintain consistent settings across all games.

360° Distance

Shows how many inches or centimeters you need to move your mouse to perform a full 360-degree turn. This helps you understand whether your sensitivity is appropriate for your mousepad size.
